Are you homeless? Family Promise serves families with children who are experiencing homelessness and have a desire to change their lives. We provide a safe place to live and an encouraging and supportive environment. Families have the opportunity to access resources and develop new skills. Together with your case manager, you will create a plan that empowers you to move toward self-sufficiency. |

Family Promise guests must follow these guidelines to remain in the program.
- Unemployed adults are expected to obtain a job within 30 days of placement into the program. Unemployment after 30 days is grounds for program dismissal.
- Guests must make 7-10 job contacts and 3-5 housing contacts weekly.
- Guests must work on achieving other goals on their individual Life Skills Self Sufficiency plan.
- Guests must not use drugs or alcohol in the program.
- Guests must stay in contact with their assigned Case Manager daily.
Post Program Support to families who receive extended support may include:
- Continued budget development.
- Referrals to social service agencies.
- Mediation of landlord tenant disputes.
- Aid for other specific needs.
